Restoring Gelcoat Shine

Angie Hunt will be sharing her secrets for restoring the finish to a like new condition. She will have the materials and tools that she uses to bring the shine back to her boat.

Fiberglass hull repair

We will repair a leaking crack in the hull of one of our boats. We will have some typical repair materials available.

Rudder and Centerboard fairing

We will start the repair of dings in a sample rudder.

There will be time needed for the repairs to cure. Sometimes (usually) additional coats of material will be needed to finish the job.  We will probably be reapplying the resin in afternoon as needed. We can address your specific questions or issues while we wait for things to harden.
