Capsize Recovery and Safety Boat Rescue

Capsize Recovery and Safety Boat Rescue.  Attend this 60-minute zoom workshop and learn how to safely recover from a capsize.  We’ll review video footage of capsize recoveries and discuss the recovery techniques used for both single-hand and multi-person dinghies.  We’ll also explain rescue considerations and best practices for safety boat operators when assisting with the rescue of a capsized boat.   

Textbook:  We will make reference to Learn Sailing Right Beginner and Learn Sailing Right Intermediate.  Please bring them if you've purchased them for past classes, but these are not required.
