Venetian Night is one of the most fun evenings at CLSA. Our members decorate their sailboats with lights, flags, and even music! There is a dinner at the CLSA pavilion and the evening ends with a Moonlight sail around the lake.
The 2018 Venetian Night was one of the best ones yet with an amazing dinner, team trivia, an amazing moonlight sail, and music. We expect this year's event to be equally amazing. Make sure you visit the photo gallery to see all the fun we had in 2018.
Ahoy Compagni Marinai (that’s Italian for fellow sailors … in other words, Ahoy Maties!)
Please join us Saturday, August 10 for our annual Venetian Night event. Venetian night is inspired by the Venice tradition of decorating boats for Christmas. In our case it’s chance to eat well, play games and go on a moonlight cruise. We encourage those of you who have cabin boats to decorate your boats (last year I believe a disco ball was involved), but in any case we’ll have great food, some games (maybe some prizes!), music and a general all-around great time.
The event begins about 5 pm, dinner will be served at 6 and fun and games (plus sailing) will follow!
Dinner is $14 and you’ve got to sign up online. (You CAN DO IT!!) Deadline is 5 pm Friday, August 9. That gives you plenty of time, but why not do it now so you don’t forget?!
