Minutes of Special CLSA Board meeting Held at CLSA Boat Ramp
June 26, 2010
Board Members present:
Commodore: Joe Budden Vice Commodore: Joe Karbaz

Race committee chair: Gerry Christman Membership Chair: Bill Vokac
Woody Chenault gave a practical demonstration of a material called Ulti-Mat which could be used for maintenance of our ramp.
Discussion of the material and it's use followed the demonstration.
Gerry Christman made a motion that the board authorize the purchase of sufficient material to cover an area 25' by 13'3" at the ramp to facilitate automobiles launching sailboats. The purchase to be contingent on the sample which is on it's way not floating.
Bill Vokac seconded the motion.
Estimated cost of the Ulti-Mat for our project is $722.00 plus shipping.
The meeting was adjourned.
