This Windrose 22 (by Lugar) was designed to do just that... For more cruising headroom, the Windrose 22 has a rounded roof (like a Chrysler 26 )AND pop-top.
 
The double drop-leaf table is centered over the keel trunk and "virtually disappears" when the "ears" folded down.
 
There are fiddled shelves on port and starboard for your books and other smaller items...
 
Over-sized winches on the cockpit comings are complimented by cabin roof winches for fully hoisting halyards.
