If you have a CLSA family membership and only one person is receiving email via CLSAsailing.org, I will happily add other family members to the user list so that anyone who wants can get email about club events.
(Or if you are a member and aren't getting any CLSA email announcements, let me know that too!)

Bob and Carol Miller did a great job organizing the 2010 Spring Banquet! Thanks so much!!
Here is a accounting of money received at the meeting:
Meals -- $990
Silent Auction -- $248
Line in a Bottle -- $10
50/50 -- $37
Donations -- $73
15 Memberships paid
The meal was delicious, Dave and Betty's history of CLSA was filled with fun facts and great pictures, and Rick's report of a 4-H Sailing club holds great promise!
Laser/Sunfish Regatta - Postponed

Please note: The Laser/Sunfish Regatta previously scheduled for September 19, 2009, has been postponed until October 11, 2009. Skippers' meeting will be at the CLSA pavilion at noon.
The postponement will accommodate those CLSA sailors competing in the Whale of a Sail at Carlyle Lake.
Also scheduled for Oct. 10 and Oct 11 in the morning is the U of I Chief regatta for U of I students and alumni. The CLSA regatta will start as the Chief regatta finishes.
CLSA e-mail list updated

Today, I have updated the CLSAsailing.org e-mail list to match the user list. All club members who have submitted an e-mail address should be able to add content to the site and send/receive e-mail to/from the General Membership list.
No one can see your e-mail address on the site. I haven't added any phone numbers or addresses to protect your privacy. Those on the user list can easily add that information themselves.
CLSA web site user list updated

Jim has created such a wonderful opportunity for all us of to communicate with each other on this new CLSA web site, so I have volunteered to update the user list so that everyone can participate.
Tonight, I have added all 2009 members not already on the list. Well sort of anyway. Most families put only one e-mail on their 2009 application, so in many cases only one famiily member is on the user list. I have added multiple family members if I had separate e-mails.
